John Clark
| In June of 2006, John assumed the position of President of Bob Cook Sales after the purchase of the company stock along with his partners Jeff Bates and Les Rudd. It is with great pride that he takes on the additional responsibilities associated with the position and looks forward to the continued growth of the agency.With the agency since 1988 John has had a broad range of experience at retail and wholesale in the past 30 years. Employed by a local performance wholesale, retail and machine service company for 10 of those years in every capacity from performance machinist, while attending college, to sales manager, buyer and controller. While Senior Buyer at AutoZone, now recognized as the largest domestic automotive retail chain, he was responsible for implementing their initial accessory and performance programs. He then was assigned the task of sourcing and importing all manners of products for the chain. His primary account responsibility includes AutoZone based in Memphis, TN. In addition, he enjoys a close business relationship with expediters, tire and wheel wholesalers and manufacturers who require special sourcing. Married with two daughters he resides in Collierville, TN, a suburb of Memphis, he is a native of the area and a graduate of the University of Memphis with a degree in Marketing. |
